This morning ,on doctor's orders of course, I removed Jon's stitches from this surgery. I was very proud of myself for actually do it and not needing to call in
reinforcements. He is pretty much back to his usually stuff with the exception of being able to lift heavy things with his left arm. The doctor said that he will have complete use of his arm and be able to do what ever he wants except probably chin ups. Jon said the worst part now is that all of his chest hair is starting to grow back and it itches like crazy.
