Christmas At the Humphries

6 a.m. time to wake-up. Of course the one morning we want the boys to wake up at 6 they didn't so we had to do a little wake-up call of our own.

Nathan before I woke him up. I love when babies sleep with their little bums in the air.

The boys on Mom and Dad's bed. We just finished reading Luke 2 and Jon had to go check and see if Santa came before we released the kiddos.

Santa Came!

Santa even had time to spell out the boys names on their new lego table. (sorry for the angle)

Christmas Morning

What better to find in your stocking than candy and a toothbrush

Present time

The boys bought Jon an erector set.

After a little bit of opening presents Nathan asked for a drink of milk. He sat in a little chair with his blankie, his doggie (that Santa gave him), and enjoyed his beverage.

Nathan got these frog boots from his Grandma and Grandpa. They're a little big but he loves them.

Kyler with his hero factories

The boys with their star wars legos

Playing Don't Break the Ice

Ky got a dragon and ship to go with his dragon fortress

Landon really likes to do art stuff, drawing, coloring, etc.

Christmas Eve Festivities

I know it's a little difficult to see but I had the cutest shepherds and wiseman. Nathan is actually holding a stuffed lamb that's almost as big as he is.

All the grand kids that live close doing the Nativity. ( Nathan gave up on wearing his head covering)

Stocking were hung by the chimney with care.
Plus the boys opened their new pjs.

Daddy reading Twas the night before Christmas. Nathan was climbing all over Jon's back but decided to sit down just as I took the picture.

Santa's cookies. Landon and Kyler each had sprinkles and Nathan was putting on gumdrops. We tried to convince the boys that we should leave Mt. Dew of Santa instead of milk , but they wouldn't go for it.

Gingerbread Houses

Landon's creation

the kiddos

Ky was very proud of his house

Grant decorating... before it collapsed

I love this pic because if you look at Nathan (wearing orange and blue) He didn't make a house but had to be at the table eating handfuls of M&Ms.

Sunday we got together with my sisters that live in Utah. We ate yummy soup, decorated gingerbread houses, read a Christmas book, had hot chocolate and dessert, and pasted out Christmas present from my parents. It is so fun getting together and letting our crazy kids play.

Sitting with Santa

Nathan was not to sure about this whole thing but at least I got a pic to show that we tried.

I can't believe how grown up Landon looks here.

Ky was the first to jump in Santa's lap.... can you tell he's a little excited.
