Landon is 7!

Yoda made a birthday appearance sporting a party hat of course.

I couldn't remember the last time I got a pic of my 3 sons together so here it is. Nathan insisted on wearing the bday crown or he wouldn't get in the pic.

The birthday boy

R2-D2 Cake. It was my first time working with fondant and I think it turned out pretty good.

Landon being silly with his new bike from his fabulous parents.

Horseback Riding

Landon was nice enough to let Nathan ride with him. We were amazed that Nathan actually stayed on and smiled the whole time. Last time we were around horses he wouldn't even go near them.

The tan colored horse that our boys all rode was named Digger.

Last Sunday we went to a work bbq for all of management and their families. The director of skywest in SLC held it at his house and brought out three of his horses for all of the kids to ride.

Having options

At the dinner table last night Jon told Nathan that he has 2 options; either sit up and eat dinner or go to bed. Nathan responded saying ' I not like my options'. What in the world am I going to do with my extremely vocal two year old?

My little escape artist

Since Nathan can now undo the dead bolt of the door, I always keep it top latched. My little smarty pants decided to get the broom from the laundry room and use it to unlock the top latch. Well he succeeded!! This is why my alarm system is set on 'mommy mode' so that it beeps and tells me which door has been opened. I believe I have my hands full with this one.
