It's that time of year again. Back to school the boys go. This past Thursday we had Back to School Night. The boys were able to go meet their teachers and become familiar with the classrooms.

1st Day
I can't believe my little Ky Guy is in 1st grade. He has Mrs. Renk and has a lot of his friends from last year in his class. At back to school night Kyler told me that he'd miss having lunch with me everyday... tear. He is my sweet boy. I really did miss getting him off the mid-day kindergarten bus and being greeted with a huge hug. When Kyler got home and I asked how everything went he said 'it was awesome, I love school'.
Landon is my big 2nd grader now. He has Mrs Simmons and was excited that one of his good friends is in his class again. I admit I was REALLY ready for Landon to go back to school this year. He is one of those kids that thinks he needs to be entertained by someone or something at ALL TIMES!!! When I asked Landon about his day, his response was 'I played with so and so at recces.'

The shot of their backpacks. This year Landon needed a new bag and insisted that he wanted a one strap one. Well, he got it.. mainly because it was on sale and it is actually bigger inside than I expected.
