Howdy Y'all

For the past week or so I've been trying to get my boys to decide what they want to be for Halloween. I've spent too many October 30ths still sewing costumes, so I thought I'd get a head start this year. As we were going through the costume box to see if there is anything that can be re-used we found the cowboy hat from Ky's costume last year. After Landon and Kyler each wore it on they wanted Nathan to have a turn too... and boy did he look cute!!

Mommy's big helper

I was folding clothes the other day and Nathan was just laying on my bed so I decided to let him help. He was holding all of Jon's socks for me (yes they are clean). He actually got kind of up set when I started to put them away because he lost his new play toys.

Dinosaur Train!!

Okay so those of you who don't have kids or don't watch PBS my boys have a new show that they absolutely love called Dinosaur Train. It is a great show and I have actually learned a lot too. Well, the other day I found Landon and Kyler playing down stairs with their Dinosaurs and their Geo Trax train set. I asked what they were doing and I got the response.... playing dinosaur train!

How much has Nathan grown....

Okay, so was taking pictures of the boys (nothing unusually) but when I was downloading the pics I decided to compare them to see how much Nathan truly has grown. I can't believe my baby is 4 months (in a few days). One of my favorite parts of this pic is the size difference in Nathan's thighs.

Nathan at 4 months

Being Spiderman

This past weekend we went to a birthday party at a park. Landon and Kyler were excited to play on the toys, especially this one that looked like a spider-web. These days both boys are very into playing super heroes. (even though they have never seen any of them on TV etc. Just from walking through the toy section at stores and by what their friends do and say they have become pros at superheroes.

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like.... Autumn Time

Lately in Utah it has started to look and feel a little more like fall. Which gets me a little excited for all the fun holidays to come. So this morning Landon and Kyler brought their special Grandma blankets out to the couch with them. As usually Kyler asked to hold Nathan as soon as he wakes up, so here are my boys all snuggled up.

Hop N Pop

Nathan has gotten to the point where he gets his bouncer bouncing a little too much but can't sit up by himself. He likes his bumbo but doesn't have anything to do. So Aunt Sarah is letting us use their hop n pop. Nathan didn't know what to think at first but now is starting to like it. He is still a little small to get it to 'pop' by himself but is entertained anyways. Pretty soon he'll be getting it really hopping and popping.

Back 2 School!

This past Wednesday was the boys first day of preschool. A friend in the neighborhood has started a preschool in her basement. The boys had a blast and it gives me some time to spend with just Nathan. Jon too is back in school but I don't think he would have a smile like this unless it was graduation day.

Tug-A-War

It's kind of a bad pic but this is Landon and Kyler playing tug-a-war against Dash. They use an old blanket that Dash sleeps with. Dash is getting so big/strong that he can pull both the boys around the house on the blanket.
